Here’s how it works: after a brief warm-up, each exercise begins with a stimulation set, pushing your muscles close to the point of failure. Following this intense effort, a mere 20-second rest is taken before proceeding to the next set. The goal of subsequent sets is to reach at least 25% of the intensity achieved in the stimulation set. This sequence is repeated 3-4 times, with short rest periods in between.
